Limoneira Company obtains $80 million Term Revolving Credit Facility from Rabobank

New York , New York – September, 2008

Limoneira Company, Santa Paula, CA has completed a transaction with Rabobank Nederland for an $80 million Term Revolving Credit Facility for $80 million. The Agreement with Rabobank allows Limoneira to fund its agribusiness and real estate operations on a long term basis.
