David Key to teach Mergers and Acquisitions at New York University

For this fall semester, David Key, Managing Member of Key & Company, will teach a course in Mergers and Acquisitions at New York University’s School of Professional and Continuing Studies. This will be the third year he has taught the class that consists of 12-20 students, many of whom work for Wall Street Investment Banking firms.

Mr. Key has 24 years experience working with producers, processors and suppliers to the food and agriculture industries. In addition to his role as an advisor to a number of companies, Mr. Key has been directly responsible for more than 150 exclusive engagements for a wide range of clients in the industry. These engagements have included mergers, acquisitions and divestitures as well as working with financial institutions to evaluate and reposition troubled companies.

The class begins on September 20th and continues through December. Mr. Key will of course continue with his client responsibilities and present duties as Managing Member of the firm.
