Pierre Lefebvre joins Advisory Board of Key & Company LLC

New York , New York – April, 2010

Key & Company is pleased to announce that Pierre Lefebvre has joined the firm as a Member of its Advisory Board with a focus in the Seed and Life Sciences industry. Pierre and David Key, Managing Member, have worked together on projects in the past in the international seed business. Mr. Key noted, "we welcome Pierre's knowledge of the life sciences industry and his expertise will allow Key & Company to expand its services to seed, agbiotech and animal nutrition companies worldwide. We are very pleased."

Pierre Lefebvre has built a long career in the animal nutrition and life sciences industry. He was most recently Chairman of the Board and CEO of Evialis, a French animal feed company which he joined in 2005. Over four years, Pierre doubled turnover and then divested Evialis on behalf of the owners. Prior to Evialis, Pierre held numerous positions at Groupe Limagrain, a leading company in the European seed industry. He was first CFO of Limagrain's vegetable seed division in France. Over 20 years, Pierre rose to be CEO of Vilmorin & Cie. a publicly listed seed company on the Paris Stock Exchange. In 1996, he also became Deputy CEO of Groupe Limagrain itself.

At Vilmorin, Pierre built the company through organic growth and numerous acquisitions (Japan, Australia, IsraÎl, India, Brazil, USA, Spain, and Poland) and led the organization to become # 1 in its industry worldwide. Pierre has served as President of the ConfÈdÈration FranÁaise des Semenciers, President of the Vegetable Section of International Seed Federation, Board Member of the Vegetable Section of the European Seed Association and President of the Vegetable Section of Groupement Interprofessionnel des Semences et Plants.

Pierre is a graduate of ESSEC, is fluent in French, English and Spanish and is married with three children and is based in western France. He is also currently on the Board of East West Seed International based in Thailand.
